HOLY MOLY!!!!! I ran my LONGEST run EVER!!!!!!!!! I logged 15 miles that were on my training plan for today!!!!!! I was pretty STOKED!!! (I do ever use this word, but STOKED is what defines how I feel about this FIRST EVER accomplishment!!!!) :D

Below isthe EVER so SUPPORTIVE running group..... these 4 runners were the ones who accompanied me for the first 12 miles of the 15 that I had on tap...... Well, maybe accompanied is the wrong word, because as you see by the pic, I tagged along behind them.... HA! HA! HA! :D
None-the-less, these 4 got me through the majority of my miles today! AND, I am grateful!!! They are awesome runners and people... quite speedy too!!!!! :D
The moment that caught us off guard and caused a moment of shock.... a huge black dog came barking & running at us!!!!! In that instant, my heart rate jumped, and I think I might have jumped too!!!!!! But, in the end, he just wanted to run & play..... he joined us for a little while. He had a collar on... he left us after a while...... hopefully, he made it back home!!! Honestly, people really need to have a fence to secure their dogs.
I have rested up..... and now, this evening, my family and I will hopefully decorate our Christmas tree!!! At the moment, there is only one ornament that hangs on the tree...... :D
Oh, and the ELF must make his return to our house..... I was suppose to have him out this morning, but the ELF was the last thing on my mind at 4am when I was getting ready to conquer the 15 miles I had to run.... LOL! :D
GOTTA RUN!!! LAUNDRY TO DO, CHRISTMAS TREE TO DECORATE..... SUNDAY SLOW DOWN!!!! I NEED MORE TIME!!!!
UNTIL LATER!!!!......... :D
