So, this morning, I ran 2 miles followed by an arm and abdominal work out. I tried the abdominal work-out above that I found on Pinterest that was from promobonuscodes.com. I did 12 of each exercises sizes X 4 times. Let me tell you, (see the arrow in the picture), if this is EASY, I don't even want to see HARD. This killed my abs! I can move about pretty good right now, but I have a feeling that in the morning I will not be able to just sit up in bed.
At lunch time, I made a bee-line to the gyn in order to run a few miles. I was able to get in 3.5miles of an easy pace run. Still taking it a bit cautious due to just getting back from this foot injury. The side of my foot seems to ache a bit at first and then fades as I run. Hoping this is ok, and I am not causing any problems. Will see tomorrow and see if my foot aches...... I am babying the foot though, Ice pack on it as I type this.
Hopefully, tomorrow my foot will be ok and I will be able to run ...... after all, it is National Running Day!!!! Oh yes, it is!!! :)
