uuuggghhhhh!!! Today was not a remotely a day of being "good." With having a headache, feeling a bit tired, a ton of errands to do (and still need to do), along with working.... let's just say that a run DID NOT happen, NOT EVEN a work-out of any sort, and OH YES I DID!!!! I ate a cupcake!!!!! Don't judge! I made it through the day and that is all that matters!!!! LOL!!! :) Not complaining, but I am a bit tired!!! If the rest of the evening works out, I will be in bed early in order to feel refreshed tomorrow morning!!!!! Hopefully, a run will happen in the morning...actually it HAS TO happen in the morning because my day is slam full with other commitments and the rest of the errands to get done!!!!!!!!
Let's talk Avocados!!! I LOVE them! I eat them daily!!!! I eat them on salads, sandwiches, and anyway that I can!!! And really, if you ask any dietician, they really are a healthy fat!!!! And good for runners. I read this Interesting article with Avocado facts at runners world.com (ARTICLE).
So yeah, short post today..... so sorry! Hopefully no one deletes their email subscription to my blog over today's post, but today was just one of those days.... and I am tired! Excuse any grammar errors or typos, just not going to proof read today,,,,LOL!!! Going to get rest and see what tomorrow brings!!!! Little rest does the body good!
