Felt like I was running a Mud Run!! It has been raining a lot lately!!! Consequently, the trail I run was super wet and muddy!!!
Break down of run today:
7 miles total (I had to push today-- perhaps because I was not "feeling it" today or perhaps it was muddy and I was being extra cautious).....

I was pleased overall, because honestly, I did not feel like running today! I do better when I am training for something and following a plan that I must stick to!! Or I like running with others to motivate me! I was invited to run this morning, but just simply could not get out of bed early enough! Just Lazy! Which is NO excuse!

I can see why some of the marathons are on the list! Deep down, I secretly want to run a marathon! Problem? I just haven't been able to obtain the mental mind set yet! ***sigh**** Maybe one day! At the moment, I am focused on a sub 2 hour half marathon.
