Pretty cool that Santa gave out the age group awards for the 5K that I ran Saturday.... even if he didn't have a PR (personal record)for me.... :D

OK, it is a start of a new week!!!! Last week is now HISTORY!!! Yeah, I missed my Monday run last week and then only ran 10.41 miles of the 13 on schedule! There is absolutely nothing I can do about now! So, I will only look forward! I will try to make this upcoming week a GREAT one!!!!
The following is my training schedule for this week:
Monday- Thursday -Run 3 miles steady and stay aerobic at all times
Friday-- REST!!! ahhhhhhhh :D
Saturday- 7 miles (I have a 5k this day and will need to run afterwards to make up the difference in miles.
Sunday- 15 miles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lunch today was delicious!!!!! I think I could honestly eat at Atlanta Bread Company every day!!! Actually, I pretty much do!! LOL!!! But, there is no where that beats this salad and soup combo!!! YUM! :D
Gotta run.... Homework to do, baths to get, etc..... UNTIL LATER....
